If you would like to work with me, the first step is to arrange a design consultation.
The consultation typically lasts 60–90 minutes and is ideally held in your home or property, allowing me to experience the space first-hand and understand how it is used.
During the consultation, we will explore:
• your ideas and design preferences
• how the space is currently used
• how you would like it to feel
• your desired timeframe
• indicative budget guidelines
For holiday properties, this may also include an initial review of the guest experience — identifying where the space may feel incomplete, underperforming or lacking cohesion.
Following the consultation, you will be invited to complete a short colour personality profiling questionnaire, which helps inform the design direction.
Consultation fee: £250

Following the consultation, should you wish to proceed, I will provide a tailored quotation based on the number of spaces involved, along with an indicative design timeline.
To secure the project, a 50% deposit is required. This confirms your booking and allows the design process to begin.

Using the information gathered during the consultation and colour profiling stage, I develop a tailored design concept for each space.
This considers not only how the space looks, but how it feels and functions in everyday use.
The concept typically includes:
• a digital mood board presentation
• a considered colour palette and material selections
• furniture and styling suggestions
The initial concept is usually presented within four weeks of the design booking being confirmed.
At this stage, we review the scheme together and refine it where needed — ensuring it feels aligned, balanced and right for your space.

Once the design concept is finalised, you will receive:
• a detailed digital mood board presentation
• a curated swatch box of fabrics and materials
• an itemised shopping list with suppliers and costs
You may choose to order items independently using the supplier information provided, or I can assist with sourcing and ordering on your behalf.
Once items are in place, I return to style the space and add the finishing touches — ensuring it feels cohesive, complete and ready to be lived in or experienced.
The remaining balance of the design fee is payable within seven days of completion.
WHAT MY SERVICE DOES NOT COVER
My service focuses on creative direction and design concept.
Technical specifications and installation are managed by the relevant trades, including:
• calculating fabric quantities for curtains or upholstery
• wallpaper, paint or flooring quantities
• installation or construction work
• furniture assembly or bespoke joinery
I am always happy to recommend trusted tradespeople where helpful.

Full terms and conditions are provided upon booking.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the design service.
Deposits are non-refundable once the design process has begun, as work and sourcing commence immediately following confirmation.
