HOLIDAY LET DESIGN & GUEST EXPERIENCE REVIEW

  A focused, on-site consultation designed for owners of holiday properties who feel their space is well-finished, but not yet reaching its full potential.


This is a considered review of your property through the eyes of your guest — identifying where design, layout and detail can elevate both the experience and the overall performance of your property.


The Visit


The consultation typically lasts 2–3 hours on site, depending on the size and complexity of the property.

We will walk through the space together, allowing me to understand both your perspective as the owner and how the property is currently used.


During this time, I will review the property as a complete experience — from arrival through to relaxation — identifying where small changes can make a meaningful difference.


If preferred, I am also able to carry out the review independently and provide feedback afterwards.


What I Consider


I assess your property holistically, including:


  • how guests arrive, orientate and settle into the space
  • flow, layout and ease of movement
  • comfort — from seating and beds to lighting and warmth
  • materials, textures and overall atmosphere
  • the practical details that support a seamless stay
  • the smaller, often overlooked elements that elevate the experience


Because it is these details — more than decoration alone — that shape how a property is felt, remembered and reviewed.
