Investment:
As every property and project is different, design fees are tailored to the scope of work required.
Complete property design projects are typically calculated based on the number of rooms and complexity of the project. As a guide, design fees generally range between £2,000–£2,500 per room.
There is no charge for an initial site visit within a 5 mile radius of DE4, Derbyshire.
For larger projects, I would be happy to discuss additional project coordination, including working alongside your onsite trades where a full design, fit and installation service is required.
