YOUR HOME - SINGLE SPACE

This service provides a complete interior design concept for an individual room within your home.

The process begins with a 60–90 minute design consultation, ideally in person, allowing me to experience the space first-hand. I often find I can quickly understand what will feel right for a space — something clients don’t always find easy to articulate themselves.

The design consultation fee is £250 (deducted from the room fee).

Whenever possible, I prefer to meet in person as my creative process is both intuitive and considered, often beginning with how a space feels. Seeing the room within the context of your home — its light, layout and surroundings — allows me to fully understand its potential and the atmosphere you would like it to create.

During the consultation, we will discuss how you live in the space, your preferences and how you want the room to feel. This enables me to develop a design concept that reflects not just your taste, but your lifestyle and the way you experience your home.

If meeting in person is not possible, I can also offer the consultation remotely. In this case, you will be asked to complete a short design questionnaire outlining your style preferences, along with providing photographs of the room and key measurements.

The Design Includes:

• A digital design concept mood board

• A detailed room scheme outlining wallcoverings, flooring, lighting, furnishings and accessories

• A curated swatch box of fabric and material samples to explore colour, texture and atmosphere

• A product sourcing list with guidance for purchasing

• Room styling guidance to bring the scheme together

Investment:

Single room design fees typically start from £2,500, depending on the scope of the project.

Each room design includes one carefully considered concept, developed through mood boards, material selections and sourcing suggestions.

One round of refinements is included to adjust elements such as fabrics, wallpapers or finishes once the concept has been presented.

Should a completely new design direction be required, a further concept can be developed for an additional fee.

This service does not include the sourcing or management of professional trades required to implement the design.

However, I would be happy to discuss project coordination support should you require assistance during installation.
